Lillian has been the Program Administrator for the General Surgery Residency at Mount Carmel Health System since 1997. She has 2 children, Angela and Nikola, and 3 grand children. Outside of work she enjoys walking with friends, traveling and spending time with her family. Lillian is the Administrative Director for a Croatian Group called Selo of Columbus, which performs the songs and dances of Croatia. She loves college football, especially the Ohio State University Buckeyes. She also sells buckeye necklaces at all the home games.

Darlene Norton has been the residency coordinator for the Greenville Health System, Ramage Center for Teaching and Learning, Department of Surgery, since 2010. She has over 24 years of experience in graduate medical education. She served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Family Medicine Administration from 2006-2011. In 2009, she served as President. She and husband, Myron, have two children, Michael 28 and Melissa 24. She enjoys reading, music and spending time with family and friends.

Donna Heyduk has been an employee at Main Line Health System since 2005. Previously, she managed the Continuing Medical Education for the system and in 2012 she joined the General Surgery Residency program. Donna and her husband Bob have 3 grown children and 2 dogs they enjoy spending their time with. When Donna is not sitting by the phone waiting for her oldest son to call (who is serving in the US Navy) she enjoys crocheting, cooking and traveling.

Jessica Roof has worked in medical education for the last 10 years, most currently as the Program Manager for the General Surgery Residency Program at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. She and her husband have 2 little boys, Slade and Brooks. Jessica enjoys spending time with her boys, working out, and traveling.

SuAnn White has been a residency program coordinator at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine since 2009. She started her career on campus in Student Affairs handling medical student scheduling in 2007. She and her husband, Chuck, reside in a historical section of Oklahoma City and spend a lot of free time working to restore their home that was built in 1933. She has many four legged children which bring much love and enjoyment to her life.

Susan Ratliff, a 20-year employee with Emory University in Atlanta, GA, joined the General Surgery Residency program in 2011. She previously managed the Geriatric Medicine and Hospice/Palliative Medicine educational programs of the Emory Department of Medicine and was a program coordinator in the Department of Medicine’s Office of Education. She graduated from Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Managerial Sciences and has plans to become TAGME certified within the next year. Susan is originally from New Orleans, LA and currently resides in Lithonia, GA. She enjoys traveling, reading, music and spending time with her family and friends.

Dawn Fountain, C-TAGME

Dawn Fountain has been with the General Surgery Residency Program at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita since 2007. She is also involved with GME at a local level, most recently serving on the APE sub-committee at the GME office. She enjoys grilling, and has a collection of over 20 vintage grills. Dawn is a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run, and also enjoys working in the yard and on their home, listening to vinyl records, and going to estate sales hunting for treasure.

Kim E. Molteg, C-TAGME

Kim Molteg joined Rutgers (formerly UMDNJ) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ in 1987. Since coming to RWJMS, she has spent the past 16 years as the General Surgery Residency Coordinator. Prior to working with the residents, Kim worked as the Medical Student Coordinator for 10 years. Her professional career also includes serving on the Tools Review/Assessment Committee of the National Board of Certification for TAGME (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education) and as a member of STAC (Surgical Training Administrators Certification Board).
Kim is currently involved in a variety of different organizations which include: The Ladies Auxiliary of Sayreville VFW Post 4699 and the Sayreville Historical Society. She enjoys the Jersey Shore, traveling, crafts, home decorating, gardening and making delicious home cooked meals and desserts. Kim cherishes the time she spends with her family and friends especially her daughter, Holly and friend, Tom. She has a love for animals.
